Thank you for visiting the Peninsula Omega Youth Club (POYC) and Inner City Adolescent Network (ICAN) website. We seek to assist youth in building and establishing a quality life for themselves, their families and their communities. Our programs are designed for youth involved in or at-risk of violence and gang activity. We focus our efforts on intervention, education, social development, empowerment, and career planning. Through our programs, members discover they are not bound by their circumstances, but have "wings to fly"!
